Located between Place Dantry and Boulevard Pasteur, this quiet 50m² one-bedroom apartment has major necessary services in a walking distance such as bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. In the Montparnasse area and the bordering streets of the 6th district, not far from the apartment are nice fashion shops and other diverse restaurants and cafes. The apartment is bordering the area of the Invalides where everything is on a monumental scale. Starting at the sprawling 18th century buildings of the Ecole Militaire, the Parc du Champs de Mars stretches down to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. This residential area is the home of Paris's tallest office tower, the Tour Montparnasse. It is also known for its theater district, most of them on Rue de la Gaité. Close to the Institute Pasteur, founded by the world-renowned scientist Louis Pasteur is also France's leading medical research center.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a 5 stories elevator building dating back from the 1940's. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system. The apartment faces the courtyards, it has a southeast exposure. It has painted walls, manual shutters. The kitchen and the bathroom are tiled, the living room and the bedroom have wooden floor.
The entry door opens in a hallway leading to the living room and the bedroom on the right-hand side and the kitchen and the bathroom on the left-hand side.
The 20m² living room has two windows facing the courtyard and a decorative fireplace. It is furnished with a sofa, a (140cm-wide) sofa bed, a coffee table and a walk-in closet.
The 12m² bedroom has a fireplace and a window facing the courtyard. It is decorated with a (160cm-wide) bed, a desk and a cupboard.
The kitchen has a window facing the second courtyard. It is equipped with a fridge, a freezer (combo), two electric burners, two gas burners, an electric oven, a washing machine and all the necessary utensils.
The bathroom has a window, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bathtub with a handheld showerhead and a plastic curtain and a toilet.
Heating is collective with the building and there are additionnal electric heaters. There is also an electric Water heater
The nearest metro stations are Montparnasse-Bienvenue Line 4-6-12-13 and Pasteur Line 6-12.
