Welcome to this classic Parisian one-bedroom, one-bathroom furnished apartment in Montparnasse (14th Arrondissement).
Situated on Rue d'Odessa, between Boulevard Edgar Quinet and Boulevard du Montparnasse, this furnished rental has a space of 40 m2 (around 430 square-feet). It sits on the first floor (equivalent to the second floor in the USA) above a street lined with shops and eateries. There is not an elevator in the building. This apartment features a washing machine, terracotta-colored honeycomb tile flooring, and a security system.
The rustic-styled living room features dark, exposed wooden beams, a decorative fireplace, a sofa, a TV, and a desk/workspace. The modern-designed open kitchen offers an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher. The sleek bathroom includes an Italian shower (walk-in) and gray tiling. The bedroom has a double-sized bed and a TV. The windows in the living room and bedroom offer eastern exposure, allowing access to the morning sun.
On the street, you will find creperies and Mediterranean and Asian eateries within 200 meters (around 0.2 miles) of the apartment. Montparnasse Cemetery is just 500 meters (around 0.3 miles) from the apartment and is a historically significant place where many important figures rest. Jardin du Luxembourg is a beautiful garden in which to embrace the romance of Paris. It is 1.1 km (around 0.7 miles) away.
To catch the 4, 6, 12, or 13 metro lines, the Montparnasse-Bienvenue station is only 300 meters (around 0.2 miles) from the apartment. The Edgar Quinet metro station also offers the 6 metro line and is just one street away.

The apartment is perfect for those who like to be in the middle of things, with windows opening onto a busy (mostly pedestrian) street that you can see well from the second story, cafes in the area open until quite late, easy transportation to everywhere in Paris, and everything one could need within walking distance (including a bookstore next door and two fabulous outdoor markets!). |
