This 23m2 studio apartment is located between Trudaine and Anvers in a commercial and residential area of the 9th district.
The apartment is at a short walking distance from the Montmartre area but also at a few minutes from the Opera.
There are all the necessary facilities at a walking distance from the apartment such as bakeries, cafes, restaurants, banks, and bookstores...as well as many ways of transport.
This apartment is located on the third floor of a Napoleon III historic walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system working at night and a concierge in the building.

The living room has a window facing the street and is decorated with a sofa bed (140 wide), a dining table and its two chairs, a closet and wardrobe, a TV, a bookcase in the entry hall and a telephone.
The open kitchen is tiled and equipped with a microwave, a small fridge, two electric burners, a stainless sink and a coffee maker and water boiler.
The bathroom is all tiled and has a window facing the courtyard. It is fitted with a shower with a curtain, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
The nearest metro stations are Anvers (line 2) and Cadet (line 7).

Apartment was acceptable but seemed more expensive than it should have been. The owner was agreeable and did all that was expected of her. |
