The Latin Quarter is one of the most youthful areas in Paris. Nearby is the Pantheon, converted into a secular temple by decree during the Revolution and housing the remains of some of the great historical figures of France (i.e., Victor Hugo, Alexandre Dumas, Emile Zola, Marie and Pierre Curie). Also in the area is Le College de France and in fair walking distance is the Sorbonne University. Running parallel to the Seine River is the renowned Boulevard Saint Germain with its secondhand bookstores, coffee houses and galleries. The area features a number of restaurants and cafes, diverse shops, and other quality conveniences such as Maubert Mutualité and Mouffetard open-air markets, supermarkets, and fine bakeries.

The entrance door opens into the living room, which leads to the separate toilet on the left. The kitchen is straight ahead and the bathroom is to the right. A balcony is accessible through the living room and the kitchen.
The 30m² (approx. 320 sq. ft.) living room has a bay window and a French window overlooking the balcony and offering a view of the private garden. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a built-in closet with an electric Murphy bed, a desk, a coffee table, a dining table with matching chairs, a dresser with a TV and a VCR, two armchairs, a phone, a closet and bookshelves.
The separate kitchen has a French window overlooking the balcony. It is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, two vitro ceramic burners, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a combo microwave/grill oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and some closets.
There is also a separate toilet with shelves.
