This 62m² (approx. 665 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of a 17th century building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system at night and there is a concierge in the building as well. This gate opens onto a courtyard that accesses the apartment entrance.
