This studio rental invites you to discover Le Marais, one of Paris’ most well-known districts. Located on Rue Rambuteau situated between rue Beaubourg and rue du Temple, this charming abode sits on the sixth floor (considered 7th in U.S.) of a six-story 18th century building, complete with elevator and an intercom system.
Picture yourself in central Paris (4th arrondissement), surrounded by awe-inspiring historic architecture and a large community of artists. With this compact studio in Le Marais, you can live among them!
This living space is furnished with modern accessories, reflecting the youthful attitude of the district as a whole. Here, windows on both the north and south sides of the apartment allow fresh air to circulate the residence and natural sunlight to brighten up the rooms. A full-sized sofa bed with sheets is situated near one window, serving as resting quarters. Also included is a small dining table with two chairs, lamps providing additional light, and a flat-screen television for entertainment during lazy days at home. The open kitchen pops with color as bright red cabinets line the walls and tiles line the floor. Supplied here are most necessary home-cooking appliances, including a microwave oven, small refrigerator and electric hot plates. The bathroom has unique exposed stone and provides a shower and medicine cabinet with mirror atop the sink; glass cubes serve as a sort of window to allow natural light to filter in the bathroom, however please note that this can also limit privacy since the living area is on the other side.
There’s so much to see in Le Marais! Spread across the 3rd and 4th arrondissements, it is filled with old and new French culture, and conveniently situated in the heart of the city. Both the Rue Rambuteau and the Rue Beaubourg are lined with shops and small restaurants and cafes, so you really just need to step outside to find distraction! Listed below are some nearby destination options that you won't want to miss during your stay:
- Centre Pompidou : One of the world's largest modern art museums, just 100 meters (about 325 feet) from this studio!
- Musee Picasso: 5 rue de Thorigny, about 1/2 a mile or 800 meters to the east, next to the Musée d'Art et d'Histoire du Judaïsm.

The place is nice & clean, and the owner is very professional. You are given fresh sheets once in two weeks, with towels changed every week. |

Rachel, you and your sister stayed with us for a while - you are nice people and easy to deal with. In the Marais - the oldest Part of Paris, the structure of the buildings is out of wood and walls are not very thick therefore you can sometimes hear neighbors. |

Once I arrived in Paris, the owner was very pleasant and helpful. She provided a welcome hamper that included mineral water, fruit, bread, chocolates etc. The apartment was small but very attractive and had everything I needed. |

This charming apartment, along with its location, made for a terrific home base for a month of research in Paris. It is absolutely clear that the owner takes especially good care of the place and of her renters' needs. The Internet service was rock-solid, clean towels in regular supply, a very comfortable bed, and an immaculate appearance upon arrival. Grocery shopping and laundry were very easy since everything could be done on the same block. |

The apartment was very clean and it is clear that the owner takes pride in the place. It was also a pleasure to stay in because of its creature comforts: shower was very hot, bed was very comfortable and warm, the kitchen was fully stocked. It is also in a great location. |

Further to this review, we contacted the owner of this apartment who checked to ensure the wireless internet was working. In regards to preferred payment, the owner accepts bank transfers but also gives the option of cash payments for ease and lack of extra fees. The owner also agrees never to enter the apartment without prior notification. Thank you to the clients for their constructive comments. |

The apartment in Paris was great. The landlord was very sweet and professional. The quality of the apartment was very good however the apartment was very small. I suppose that should be expected to be in the center of Paris. The aparment looked larger in the photos but I should have paid more attention to the square footage. I had a fabulous stay, thanks NY Habitat! |
