Apartment Rental: 4 months

Difficult access. One enters from the service entrance. On the 6th floor with no elevator.
The halls and stairs are not clean. The apartment used to be a service room extremely small.

Well equipped though and great location.
The rent fee is very expensive considering the quality of the place. The electric bills and internet and cable fees are paid extra, quite expensive as well; almost the value of one month of rent.

There are better places more economic than this one.

- I confirm that the two weak points of this apartment are its small size and its location on the 6th floor with no elevator.
- The stairs and the corridor were painted 4 or 5 years ago. As for the cleaning, it is done once a week by a cleaning company.
- Regarding the rent, the price has not been raised for several years and the apartment is never vacant. I remain open to suggestions regarding the price. Electricity and telephone comsumption always come on top of the rent.
