Located between Rue des Dames and Rue de la Condamine, this furnished studio apartment is a few steps away from the green Park Monceau and its lovely gates. This avenue is part of a very select and privileged area of Paris that is three metro stations away from the well-known Place de l'Etoile and the famous Avenue des Champs Elysees. Also not far are the sophisticated Avenue Montaigne with its luxurious shops, the famous Parisian department stores and the superb Place de la Concorde.
