My opinion on the apartment and the owner is very positive. The terrace and the neighborhood are probably the apartment's strong points. There's no TV.

The monthly rate is a bit higher than the average rent.

Dear Lara,

Thank you for your comments. With regard to the rent, the apartment is indeed located in the heart of the Marais, Paris trendiest neighborhood. The neighborhood is hip chic, artistic (art galleries & designers) and very central. What's more, the apartment is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher) and furnished with quality furniture (Molteni & Habitat).

Both the terrace and the luxury condo add extra charm to this studio. It is true there is a school next to the apartment and it can get a little noisy during the children's recess times for someone working in the apartment during the day.

Besides, since the apartment faces an inner courtyard, it is extremely quiet during the rest of the day. I am considering putting a TV in the apartment soon.

I hope to see you again,

Alessandra
