This furnished one-bedroom apartment is located on Rue de l'Oasis (in Puteaux) between Rue Paul Lafargue and Rue Roussselle in the inner and northwestern suburb of Paris. In five minutes walking distance there is the famous shopping center "La Défense" and in five minutes by metro is the famous Avenue des Champs Elysées. The Defense is the first European business district with its area of offices. It is situated in the Hauts-de-Seine (92) in continuation of the Parisian historic axe which begins at the Louvre and continues on to the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, the "Arc de Triomphe" and beyond up to the "Pont de Neuilly" and the "Grande Arche de la Defense".

The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom and opens into a hall with the concierge's office. Then there is a second door protected by a coded system leading to a garden on the right hand side and to the staircase on the left hand side.

The entrance door opens into a corridor with a built in closet. The bathroom is on the left hand side and the living room straight ahead. The bedroom is accessible by the living room.

The 14m² (approx 150 sq. ft.) living room has parquet floor and two sliding windows with a view on the street and the Defense's towers. It is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a library, an armchair and a folding table with two chairs.

The 8m² (approx 85 sq. ft.) bedroom has parquet floor and a sliding door. It is furnished with a double size bed, two bedside shelves and a built in closet.
