My stay at the apartment was really amazing because of the location and the size of the house. The owner was good and always ready to help when in need. The building is located right next to the metro so it is easy to commute to work or school. The bed was not like the other paris apartments and it was comfortable and huge . My only concern was the heater as it did not work well and in winters it could get cold too so I used a portable heater during that time . Apart from that I loved the experience staying there and I miss it already. |

This is an amazing apartment in an amazing location on the Grand Boulevards. While it could use a little updating (especially one of the sofabeds), the value you get for what you pay cannot be beat! Some of my fondest memories will always be sipping wine with my friends on the spectacular balony that runs the full length of my petit Maison de la Fabuleuse. |

My time living in my Paris home was far beyond what I could have hoped. The terrace is very large and provides a great view of the St. Denis arc. The kitchen is small but cooking is still doable with some creativity. The 2 sets of double doors open up to provide a nice cool Paris breeze. The terrace is off the main street so it is not as noisy as it could be. But still, we are in a city. The owner of the apartment was friendly offering help whenever I may need it (including giving me Paris books and maps). He did disappear a few times leaving me wondering how to pay the rent. But it all worked out in the end. |

She was perfect in every way: payment, well-mannered, keeping the furnished rental in order etc. She told me that after seeing where many of her friends were staying she felt very lucky to be here. Security deposit returned upon her departure. |
