It is located on the 1st floor (considered 2nd by Americans) of a 20th century building with elevator and intercom security system and combines a convenient location with all the comforts of home!
The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors in the living room opening onto a private balcony is truly what makes this apartment unique. Featuring a round table with two chairs and decorated with natural plants, the balcony is the perfect place for relaxing outside, or enjoying a drink or a meal on a sunny day! The oversized windows give the living room height and depth and make it very bright, while the warm color tones used for the décor bring energy to the room. Featuring a sofa and numerous chairs, the living room offers a comfortable space to sit, relax, have dinner or enjoy your favorite program on TV. The bedroom is lined with hardwood floors, furnished with a king size bed and a large built-in closet providing space to store your belongings. It also offers access to the private balcony. You will love the splashes of bold red used in the kitchen, where you will find all the amenities to prepare your meals at home. The tiled bathroom features a bathtub/shower and has the convenience of a washing machine. The toilet is separate.
The 15th arrondissement is a traditional Parisian district: mostly residential, full of charming squares and all sorts of boutiques, as well as restaurants, pleasant cafes, open-air markets, and convenience shops. You will find a Franprix supermarket on Boulevard Garibaldi, 180 meters away (590 feet). Located at Rue Jean Daudin and Garibaldi, this one bedroom apartment is about 1.6 km (a mile) away from the live and trendy district of Montparnasse, famous for its local highest skyscraper showing a singular view over Paris, and for its large number of theaters and cinemas. The 15th district is also home to Aquaboulevard (3 km or 1.86 miles), the biggest water park in Europe! Situated at Porte de Versailles within a massive sports complex that has tennis courts, a complete gym, squash courts and a fitness center along with lots of other facilities, it is a great place to play sports or simply have fun, relax and enjoy its tropical surroundings.
Please note that some noise might be heard sometimes during the day since the apartment is on the first floor.
The closest metro station is Sèvres-Lecourbe, served by M6. It will take you to the Montparnasse Metro station in as few as 2 stops. Here you can transfer to three other metro lines, or take the TGV (French high speed train) to discover other cities in France. Alternatively you can take the M12 at Pasteur. In only 4 stops you will be at the Porte de Versailles Parc Des Expositions, an exhibition center that hosts an expansive program of events throughout the year.
