The apartment is very cozy, and one of the two bedrooms is a little too cozy, as the bed fits snugly between the two walls, lengthwise. Although it is a little difficult to use the apartment for anything other than sleeping, it was kept well and without any major issues. Rent is not a fair thing to discuss, as it is based on market demand, but there were a couple of areas for improvement. The wifi was my and my roommate's main issue, as none of the several networks worked very well in anywhere but the kitchen, and they constantly disconnected. Furthermore, the bathroom could use a more thorough cleaning, as there were a few small bugs visible pretty consistently. The landlord was relatively thorough, and was at the property every week, but he did not make himself very accommodative or available outside of certain hours. |

Thanks for the feedback, David! We have shared your feedback with the owner. This owner can sometimes be difficult reach outside of business hours, which is why we include in the contract that you should call him repeatedly if you need anything. Additionally, one of our agents recently went to meet with this owner, to make sure that any extermination problems are handled. According to the owner, the building has an exterminator come once a month and if there are any complaints, they should be directed to the owner and they will be handled. Thank you for your feedback! |

Unfortunately, we didn't meet the owner, so there is nothing much I can say about that. The apartment was perfectly adequate for our needs and in a great location, only cleanliness was lacking on arrival. |
