This two bedroom is located in the East Village in a prewar, walk-up building. There are 33 units in the building and there are five stories (no elevator). The closest laundry facility is right across the street The L train station is a just step away at 14th street. This building has a front door security system with double doors and a locked security gate. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, is approximately 650 sq ft and has hardwood floors. The entrance leads to the to the open kitchen area. The living room has a full sized sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, a coffee table, and a flat screen TV with basic cable. The kitchen is open and has a microwave, a refrigerator, and gas stove. There are cabinets that hold the pots and pans and cooking utensils. The 1st bedroom has a double size bed, and a closet. The second bedroom has a double size bed, as well as a closet space. The bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower combination, a sink and a toilet. Sheets and towels provided upon request. This apartment is located one block away from the L train on 14th Street. It is also approximately a 10 minute walk away from the union square station where you can catch the N, R, 4,5,6 trains. Yellow taxis can be hailed at all times of the day or night. There are numerous inexpensive restaurants of every variety, and many wonderful food stores. There are also many terrific bars and clubs in the neighborhood as well as movie theatres.
