This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout and exposure.
In quiet and serene neighborhood in Manhattan, New York, - in Gramercy to be more precise – at the cross of 14th Street and 3rd Avenue, you will find a simple yet comfortable studio apartment. The furnished apartment is located in a walk up low-rise building. Due to the proximity of the 3rd Avenue, the apartment could be noisy at times.
The modest fully furnished studio apartment has hardware floors, a double sized bed with a chestnut bed frame next to a window. The mirror and bed stand table match the chestnut frame which brings a harmonious feel. The second window is a little bigger which will bring loads of natural light into the studio. In front of the bed there is a small desk area with a chair underneath the television. The desk could be used as a kitchen counter to cook, as a writing nook or a vanity. It is versatile and can be used in many ways. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove and a microwave, a fridge and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower, and a sink.
With its lush greenery and brownstone buildings, Gramercy is a pleasant and adored neighborhood to live in New York City. Its location close to Union Square and many parks, restaurants and bars make it one of the most praised places to live in NYC. The many happy hour specials create a peaceful after-work scene, perfect for socializing and relaxing after a long day at work. This mellow neighborhood is the place to be to escape the glitz and glam and often chaotic lifestyle of Manhattan. You can just sit on a bench in one of the parks and read a good book or people watch. Nearby the studio apartment, you will find a Whole Foods Market (0.3mi/480m) and a Trader Joes (430ft/130m) for grocery shopping. To go out, you could try the speakeasy Dear Irving (0.3mi/480m); a cozy atmosphere with a great cocktail selection. By the same token, you can enter a phone booth in the back of a restaurant and access a secret bar named Please don’t tell (0.6mi/965m). Or if you want to enjoy a rooftop bar with palm trees you can try Bar 13 (0.4mi/645m). As for restaurants, you can enjoy the famous falafel sandwiches from the Halal Guys the same guys from the famous food truck. Or if you are more in the mood for some seafood, try Upstate restaurant (0.6mi/965m). The proximity to the L line at 3rd Avenue station or 1st avenue will also allow you to travel all around New York City.

Clean, airy studio apartment. Two large windows overlooking 14th Street provides great natural sunlight over this solid location. Bathroom and shower work well with enough space. Weekly cleaning at $25/week is generally worth it- very nice cleaning ladies who do a great job. The quilts and pillows were stylish, cool and comfortable. Mattress was fine. |

Great, furnished room with a good amount of space for one person. Appreciate weekly maid service kept the room very clean. The kitchen did not work very well but microwave and sink and bathroom were all great. Plenty of storage for clothing. |
