2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located on the 4 floor of a prewar building with buzzer/ intercom system. The 5 story building has an elevator and laundry facilities in the basement. The apartment measures approximately 600 square feet and is fully furnished.
The apartment is covered with hardwood floors and has many windows offering great sunlight. The living room measures approximately 250 square feet and is fully furnished with a black leather sofa, several chairs and a nice sterio. The kitchen is separate and is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, sink and a microwave. There is a dining table for 4 in the kitchen.
The bedroom which is at the end off a hallway measures 125 square feet and is furnished with a queen size bed, a dresser with mirror, night table, a TV with cable, a private refrigerator and microwave. The room also has a large built in closet and a window.
The bathroom is located right next to your bedroom. The bathroom is covered with off white tiles and is equipped with a WC, shower, tub, sink and a mirror.
The neighborhood is popular and lively with a lot of groceries, delis, stores, fast foods and restaurants on St Nicholas Avenue. There are 2 supermarkets less than 2 blocks away. 1 train stop away from Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and also convenient for people who work in the Bronx or Westchester County.
The subway station on 181 Street for the 1 ONLY 30 minutes to Midtown Manhattan
