This four-bedroom house is located in Fresh Meadows, Queens with convenient express bus service to Manhattan. The house has a garden in the back and a driveway in the front. When you enter the apartment you are in the large open living room, which also has the dining area and the kitchen space. There is a combination, living room and kitchen. There is one corner of the room, which serves as the living space. There are two comfortable leather sofas, and an entertainment center. The entertainment center includes a TV connected to cable, a VCR, a DVD player and a stereo. There is a window, which looks out to the street near the couch. The floors of the room are tiled. In the center of the living room is the dining table. The table is contemporary in design and includes six chairs. There is also a small breakfast table, which faces the backyard and has two chairs. The living room is not for share. The kitchen is open to the dining area and contains a nice island. The island has three bar stools, which can be used to sit at the counter. The kitchen includes all of the necessary appliances including a microwave, dishwasher and range. There are also small appliances including a toaster, blender, coffee machine and food processor.The owner requests light cooking only. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the top floor. The master bedroom (bedroom 1) has a queen bed with a large closet and a big window viewing to the back yard. There is a TV and VCR in this room as well as a dresser. The room has an air conditioner in the wall. The owner uses the second bedroom as an office. The third bedroom has a twin bed in it. There is an armoire, a desk and a TV in the room.
