Five bedroom apartment in a historic townhouse
|
The listing is located in a residential section, in the historical neighborhood of Harlem.
This five-bedroom apartment is located on the fifth floor of a renovated, walk-up, Brownstone with a security system. The apartment maintains the charm of other buidings built before and around, the beginning of the 19th century.
The entry leads to an open kitchen, which is equipped with a dining table, a TV with cable, a stove, a refrigerator, a sink, lots of cabinets, basic kitchenware and a large closet.
Bedroom 1 (3A) features a view of the garden, there is a double bed, a dresser and closet, with a hanging topiary.
Bedroom 2 (3B) has a window, a single bed and a dresser.
Bedroom 3 (3C) has a window, a single bed, a dresser and a closet.
Bedroom 4 (3D) is in the front of the building, and has views of the church across the street. The room is equipped with a double bed and double dresser. The room has a decorative fireplace and a closet in the hallway.
Bedroom 5 (3E) is equipped with a window, a single bed, a dresser and a closet.
The bathroom is spacious and includes a tub/shower, sink with mirror and w/c.
The apartment is located in Harlem near City College and Columbia University. Access to the east and west side of Manhattan is easy with the 2,3,4,5 and 6 trains on 125th Street. Right on the corner there is a 5th Avenue bus, which runs downtown.
