Basement Room in Cobble Hill
|
This bedroom is located in the basement of a brownstone in Brooklyn. Please be aware that the ceiling of the basement is only 5 feet and 8 inches high and a tall person cannot stand straight.
The room is spacious and is equipped with a double futon bed, a desk, and has a skylight where natural light comes through. The basement is completely private from the rest of the house. Linens are provided.
Upstairs there is a bathroom which is also private for the guests only. Towels are provided.
Upstairs there is also a living room which is to be shared with the owner of the house. The living room is furnished with a sofa, chairs a coffee table and a television with satellite channels.
On this floor there is also a kitchen with a dining table and chairs. In the kitchen there are a washing machine and a dryer. In the kitchen there is a door which opens up into a backyard.
The Cobbe Hill neighborhood is a residential area near many shops, bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops.
The nearest subway station is the Bergen Street station where you can catch the F train into Manhattan.
