Large newly renovated three bedroom apartment to share in Washington Heights.

This three bedroom / one bathroom apartment with laundry facilities is located in Washington Heights in a prewar building. This place has been newly renovated; it has hard wood floors and white walls.
The bedroom to rent is about 20x15 square feet and has a window facing the street. The roommate will have a large walk in closet. The bedroom has a twin bed, a desk with chair, a comfortable lounge chair, a bookshelf and 2 large windows (one with an air conditioner). The wood floor is covered by an oriental rug. There is a TV.
The separate kitchen has black and white vinyl floor and is fully equipped with a sink, a large counter, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove and many storage cabinets. A dryer is installed in the kitchen. The living room has a sectional sofa, a black armchair, a large carpet, a TV with cable, a VCR, a DVD player and a stereo. There is a glass dining table in the foyer/dining area.
The off-white tiled bathroom to share has a window and is equipped with a sink, a large mirror, a shower, and a toilet.
Transportation: The express A train on 175th and Fort Washington Avenue. This train takes you Downtown in about 20 minutes.
Neighborhood: This area is very quiet and residential. You can enjoy a large park a few blocks away and the famous Cloisters. Supermarkets and delis are located on Broadway. This location is really pleasant if you want to live in a peaceful area close to the middle of Manhattan.
