Studio in Midtown West
|
Location : on 44th street between 9th and 10th avenue in Manhattan.
Size : studio approx. 350 sq. ft.
The apartment is is located on the ground floor of the building , there is a full time doorman . There is also full laundry facility in the building.
The interior: studio, fully equipped kitchen, fairly large size bathroom, can accommodate 4 guests. There is a queen size bed and a pull out sofa bed. It is a lovely studio, comfortable with all modern amenities.
The neighborhood is residential , yet very close to a busy section of the town. Theatre district , restaurant row, close to Chelsea , good access to transportation to get anywhere in town.
The original actor's studio is in the same block .
Neighborhood: West of the Theater District is a residential neighborhood known as Clinton. This Midtown area has undergone an amazing revival. Its new residents are young professionals, theater people and remnants of the old immigrant groups (Irish, Greeks, Eastern Europeans and Puerto Ricans). Lots of new restaurants and bars along 9th Ave for all budgets cater to the rapidly growing newcomers. Restaurant Row (46th St between 8th and 9th Avenues) is a long block of restaurants side by side, all packed with theatergoers before curtain time.
From this great location you are two blocks away from busy Times Square area and the Theater District. Within an easy walk to Central Park, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick Cathedral and Fifth Ave.
The closest subway is at Times Square Station where the A,C,E,1,2,3,N,R,Q,W,S,7 trains are alll available.
