Small one bedroom apartment in the Lower East Side
|
The apartment is located on Orchard Street right off East Houston
Renovated prewar four-floor walkup building with buzzer/intercom system. The apartment is located 1 flight up.
The open living room kitchen area is equipped with a sofa, coffee table, chairs and a desk. There is a TV, VCR combo. The apartment is wired for cable but it is not included. The room has two windows and wood floors.
The efficiency kitchen includes a small stove, a refrigerator and basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
The bedroom is small. It includes a double sized inflatable bed. There is a window and a hanging rack.
The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity. There is a window and storage shelves.
The historic Lower East Side of Manhattan has many food stores and stalls of nearby Chinatown sell fresh produce and fresh fish daily. The Lower East Side has become one of the hottest neighborhoods for clubs, bars and restaurants. With-in a 5-block radius you can fins a little bit of everything. You can enjoy many fine meals of diverse cuisine in the restaurants in Chinatown, in Little Italy and in the East Village. In your neighborhood you find French Cafes, a fish store, pizzerias and other different small businesses. In addition, the neighborhood is well known for discount shopping of all kinds. A ten-minute walk takes you to Soho or the East Village.
