Size: Large studio with alcove about 550 sq. ft.
Interior: Southern view/downtown view. Lots of light. Charming eclectic mix of vintage and modern, professionally decorated. Large dining room, work table, double bed, pull out sleeper sofa for one, solarium windows, en suite bath and kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and double oven. Digtal TV, cable modem, excellent stereo system with CD library.
The building has a gym, a pool and laundry facility (all for a small extra charge). It is a 24 hour doorman building with an ATM and printing services in the lobby.
Cash payment for rental only.
Neighborhood: Fire Department Block so it is very safe. Located two minutes to over a dozen subways. Lots of chic restaurants and clubs, cafes and shops. Close walk to Brooklyn Bridge, City Hall Park, Soho, Canal Street, Chinatown etc... Safe and clean.
Emergency: 911 for medical or criminal.
