We appreciated the 3 bathrooms, it was necessary for 8 people in the flat. The beds were very comfortable too, that's important. The location is very interesting to visit NY. The only negative thing is it's quite noisy, because of plumbing pipes.
So, we were very pleased [with] our rental. |

We had a wonderful stay. The [Midtown West rental] apartment was very centrally located and had everything we needed. The area is busy but there was virtually no noise once in the house, so we all had (including my eighty-year old mother and the children) a wonderful sleep every night. We particularly liked the patio where we had our breakfasts. The owner is charming. He helped us all the time. So I utterly recommend it. |

Everything worked out very fine and to our complete satisfaction. All my friends were very pleased with the accommodation. It was just perfect. The vacation rental is very cozy with a warm welcome, clean and arranged in the best of taste. The only point to mention was the bedroom in the lower-level which is a little bit too dark.
I would like to thank [my agent at New York Habitat] for the friendly and perfect coordination and service. New York Habitat respectively [my agent] has been the only agency responding to my inquiry.
A big thank-you to [the New York owner] for the kind and amicable helpfulness!

We enjoyed our first stay in an apartment in NYC very much. We will never stay in another NYC hotel after this experience. The vacation rental was very comfortable, clean and convenient to where we wanted to be. The owner was very nice to work with. We were met at the curb when we got out of the car from the airport with keys and full explanation and guide through the apt. [The agent], who we worked with at New York Habitat was very helpful and answered all of our questions which were many since we had never done this before. Thank you for helping us have such a successful and fun trip! |

The apartment was quite nice and cozy even if a bit small. We would have appreciated a chair in each of the bedrooms on the ground floor to put
clothes on - we solved it by taking in chairs from the patio.
The kitchen was well appointed and had all the necessary utensils and electrical appliances. However, a few more coffee mugs and wine glasses would have been practical.
We did not use the washing machine etc, but appreciated that it was available. It was also good to find a hairdryer around.
The TV had an excellent picture, but we missed not having a manual available. For us, as non-Americans, it was a bit of hit and miss before
we realized how it worked.
The location of the house was excellent - within walking distance of Times Square, Broadway, good food and delicatessen shops, restaurants,
coffee shops etc. etc.
We found the owner to be very friendly and we are grateful to him for all the assistance he gave us when we reported anything that may be malfunctioning.
I am happy to recommend your services to any of my friends that are looking for accommodation in New York. |

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to say how much we have been satisfied with your service and with the apartment's owner. New York Habitat [was a] very cheap and quick answer when we were searching for a vacation rental. Communication with you is very easy.
The location of the apartment is super when you want to visit New York: very central, [easy access to the] subway, great district with a lot of excellent restaurants specially on 46th street.
[The accommodation owner is] friendly and efficient welcome is great. The apartment is very comfortable, super clean with good decoration. We all immediately felt at home.
