Studio in doorman building with laundry and gym - Upper West Side
|
This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout, views and basic decor.
This apartment is located on 73rd Street between Broadway and West End Avenue.
The studio is located in a full time doorman building with elevator.
When you enter the apartment, you can find on the right hand side large closet where you will find the bed and bath linens and where you may store your luggage and clothes. There is hardwood floors and the walls are painted white.
On the left hand side is the pink marble tiled bathroom furnished with a sink surmounted by a mirror, a bathtub with a shower head and a toilet.
Facing the entrance is the living room / bedroom that measures approximately 25 square feet. This space is furnished with an armchair, a lamp, stereo, a cable TV with VCR on a wooden dresser, a queen size bed and a dining table with two chairs. There is central air conditioning in the building and two windows facing the street.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, gas burners, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker.
The building is alos equipped with a laundry room with washing machiens and dryers, a gym, and a very comfortable waiting area.
The apartment is conveniently located on eblock away from the 72nd Street subway station. You can access there the 1, 2, 3 and 9 line. The Upper West Side has a variety of restaurants, outdoor cafes, internationally famous food emporiums, numerous fine clothing stores and boutiques as well as two multiplex cinemas. Many major New York cultural institutions, including, the American Museum of Natural History or the Lincoln Center, are at walking distance. It is also not far away from Central Park which consists of several hundred acres of parklands, lakes, trees, and open meadows for sports.
