Located on Hudson Street, between Horatio and Gansevoort Streets in West Greenwich Village on the fourth floor of a prewar walk up building (with no elevator), this fully furnished apartment has a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Decorated in a warm, homey style, this one bedroom apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.
Guests will find the location convenient to transportation (subway, bus and PATH systems), theater, and shopping. You will find dozens of restaurants and gourmet food services within a three-block radius. There is dry cleaning, laundry, business and postal services near at hand. The location makes it particularly attractive for those connected with the New York University and for those who prefer easy access to businesses in mid-town Manhattan and Wall Street.
The apartment is bright and comfortable, with West Village character. There is a decorative fireplace in the bedroom, where a comfortable queen size beds welcomes you. There is also a closet, dresser and an air conditioning unit. The living room has a large sofa (that sleeps one person comfortably), a dining table for four, large screen TV with cable, VCR, telephone and an air conditioning unit. The sleeping set-up in the living room is as follow: a double size air mattress will be provided for two people to sleep on, if need be.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a microwave, fridge with freezer, stove, coffee maker and toaster. The cabinets contain pots and pans, and silverware.
The bathroom has a bathtub, window, shower, toilet and sink, and is off of the kitchen.

Greenwich Village is one of the most exciting and picturesque areas of Manhattan. Halfway between the canyons of Wall Street and the Empire State Building, it is home to New York University which features many cultural events open to the public. This part of town has countless restaurants, jazz clubs showcasing wold class performers, coffeehouses, movies and boutiques of every kind. It is also a 15-minute walk in one direction to the galleries of Chelsea, a 15-minute to the Chelsea Sports Complex and a 20-minute walk to Washington Square Park.
