The apartment was great - exactly as described and showed in the pictures. It was in an excellent location and was a perfect base for our stay in New York.
We were let down by the original vacation rental we booked (not booked through New York Habitat) less than 36 hours before we were due to leave the UK for New York. As soon as we contacted New York Habitat, Emilya was fantastic, and understood the urgency (and our panic!) - she was great at keeping in contact and letting us know what was happening when she was contacting the owner to check availability. I'd like to pass on my thanks to her again for her help. |

We spent 5 nights in this apartment, and it was very good. It was very equipped with appliances and small other things. [The accommodation] was very clean, and the position is great, just few blocks from Times Square. The only negative thing was the noises during the night, due to the fact that the vacation rental is located on the ground floor (remember New York never sleeps, but you might want [to]!), and due to very old heating system that goes on at 4-5 am. |

The owner was very nice and helpful on my arrival and departure. I will definitely rent from you guys again on my future trips to New York and I have recommended you to friends who travel. |
