Railroad style one bedroom in the far west side of Chlsea
|
SIZE: This is a one-bedroom apartment. Sleeps 1 person or a couple.
BUILDING: 450 square feet one bedroom on the 1st floor walk-up.
INTERIOR: When you enter the apartment, there is a kitchen. The open kitchen has a stove, plenty of cabinet space filled with cooking utensils, dinnerware, and glasses and a microwave. There is a small dining table and 4 chairs. Pots, pans, Dishware and cutlery are provided. The bedroom has a Full size bed, a bedside table but NO closet space. Hangers are provided and clothes can be hung on the hook near the bed. There is cable TV with a VCR and a DVD player and wireless cable Internet access.
The bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom is well light with a window facing south. There is no bathroom door, but a thick curtain divides the bathroom from the bedroom. One set of sheets, towels and linens are provided.
Apartment is not very quiet because it faces a busy avenue, but it's perfect for visitors who want to enjoy the night life.
Smokers and pets are not allowed.
Subway: A/C/E train on 34th street and 8th avenue or 1/9 train on 28th
Street and 7th avenue and n/w on 29th and Broadway.
Main 24hr post office, restaurants, clubs, Madison Square garden and Javits Center, the newly renovated Hudson River Waterfront park, Heliport and Chelsea Piers are with in 5-block radius.
