We enjoyed our stay very much in this apartment. The view [from this vacation rental] is terrific and everything was neat, clean and worked! We missed some information papers i.e. how to use the TV, but staying in N.Y. doesn't leave you with a lot of time watching TV anyway.

The concierges in the building were extremely polite and helpful.
Anytime we can recommend a stay at this place - easily within [reach of the] subway/bus/Hudson River and jogging/in-line skating mile! |

A major plus was the friendliness and service of the employees of the building ( the doorman, all the people at
the front desk, etc). And it was also great to have access to the gym.

First of all we had an absolutely super time in New York City. The service and communication provided by [New York Habitat agent] was excellent. The apartment was in a really good area as advised by [your agent], we felt very safe. The buildings security (reception and concierge) were most helpful, and went out of their way to cater for our needs.
The vacation rental was as described, and was comfortable, also the fact that we were allowed to use the telephone to call home free of charge was a bonus.
The only negative, if it can be called a negative, was that there were lots
of personal belongings in every room and it felt like we were invading some one else's privacy, however there were sufficient cupboard and drawer space for our clothes made available, but we were constantly aware of potential hazards and possible breakages, even though this didn't happen.
All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience and the next time we visit NYC
we will go through your agency again. |
