One bedroom apartment in the East Village
|
This one bedroom apartment is located in a classic East Village tenement building on Avenue B. The apartment is on the third floor and transverses the entire length of the building.
The entry to the apartment is into the living room, which is spacious. It has a fold out sofa and an entertainment center. There is a stereo, TV and DVD player included. There are two large windows viewing out to the street.
The bedroom is located at the opposite side of the apartment and contains a full sized bed as well as an office space with a computer connected to high speed Internet and a desk. There is a large wardrobe where some space will be made available for the client belongings.
The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. It is not the fanciest bathroom but serves the purpose. There is an old tub/shower, a w/c and a sink with mirror. There is a small window to let in some fresh air.
The eat-in kitchen is located in between the living room and the bedroom. There is a refrigerator, range and microwave. A basic set of kitchen wears is provided.
The apartment is located in the popular East Village section of New York, which has become popular with college students and those looking for a bohemian feel. There are many restaurants and shops lining the Avenues. The L train is just a few blocks away at 1st Avenue and 14th Street and there are buses that run throughout the East Village.
