Studio apartment close to the Lexington Avenue Subway with a fireplace.

This studio is located in the Upper East side/ Harlem just off Lexington Avenue.
The apartment has been entirely renovated and features a new kitchen and bathroom, among others.
The space is located on the third floor of a walk-up building, which has a laundry in the basement.
The living room is furnished with a Murphy bed, which is opened during the night and closed in the day. There is a working fireplace with nice brickwork. Flat-screen plasma TV on it with a DVD player. Wi-fi High-speed Internet service is available.
The kitchen is included in the living room and features a wrap around counter with a seating area at one end. There is a stove and refrigerator. Coffee maker along with the basic dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
The bathroom has a shower/tub a sink with vanity and a w/c.
The apartment is located in the East Side of Manhattan. It is just 1 block from the 6 train at 103rd Street.
