Bright one bedroom on Roosevelt Island with river views and a terrace
|
This one bedroom apartment is located in a luxury doorman building in Roosevelt Island. The apartment is spacious and offers spectacular river views, a terrace and plenty of space.
The living room is fully furnished and includes a single sized day bed, an entertainment system that includes a TV projector with cable and a DVD, a full stereo surround system and more. There is an office area that has a computer available as well as high speed Internet. A phone line is available. There are many windows in the living room letting in plenty of light and offering views of the East River, Queensboro Bridge and Manhattan.
There is a terrace, which is accessed via a sliding door from the living room. The terrace has great views.
The bedroom is spacious and equipped with a king sized bed. There is a small nightstand and a spacious closet in the bedroom.
The kitchen is semi-opened to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, stove, dishwasher and Italian style stovetop espresso machine. There is also a professional juicer. The kitchen is equipped with all of the necessary pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
The bathroom is standard and includes a sink with vanity, a w/c and a tub/shower.
The apartment is located on Roosevelt Island. There is subway access via the F train and the Tram comes to the Island via the Upper East Side.
