Studio to rent in an Upper East Side Brownstone with a Terrace
|
This studio is located in a classic Upper East Side brownstone between Lexington and Park Avenues. The apartment is located on the sixth floor.
The building has a SMALL elevator suitable for one person at a time. To access the apartment you must walk up three steps after opening the entry door.
The apartment is a spacious studio with a kitchenette.
The living room is equipped to sleep four people with a full sized pull out sofa and a full sized futon. There is also a TV with DVD player, a large dresser and a small dining table. There is small dining table with two chairs. The room also has a large storage closet. There is high speed cable/wireless internet access.
The kitchen is open to the living room and includes a 4-burner stove with no oven, a microwave and coffee maker. There are all of the basic kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans.
The bathroom is basic there is a shower, w/c and sink. A nice skylight lets in plenty of light.
There is a nice terrace, which faces to the north and offers views of the neighboring building. It is a nice place to enjoy coffee in the morning.
Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.
The apartment is located in a quintessential Upper East Side brownstone on a tree-lined block. Nearby on Lexington Avenue is the subway service at 68th Street. There is also plenty of shopping on Lexington Avenue including delis and groceries. Further East on 2nd and 3rd Avenue there are plenty of restaurants and to the west on Madison Avenue there are all sorts of Luxury retailers.
