One bedroom in a Historic Park Slope townhouse

This apartment is located in a nice Park Slope Brownstone. The building has been renovated to offer all of the modern features. The apartment is 1 bedroom in size and located on the ground floor. There are a few steps to get into the apartment and it has a view of the garden out the back windows. The living room is large and includes an open kitchen. There is a sofa and several chairs in the living room as well as TV with DVD, VCR and cable. The room has a decorative fireplace and plenty of old world charm. There is a closet with a washer and dryer as well. The room has a full sized pull out sofa. A crib can also be provided. There is also high chair. The kitchen area includes all modern appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. There is a coffee maker, toaster and plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There is also a dining table for four next to the kitchen area. The bathroom is standard and includes a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity. The bedroom is in the back facing the garden. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom as well as a dresser. The apartment is conveniently located in Park Slope Brooklyn about 5 minutes from the subway (B,Q to 7th Avenue and 2,3 to Grand Army Plaza). There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and small stores can be found lining the street. Prospect Park is a short walk from the apartment and Brooklyn academy of Music and the Brooklyn Museum are also nearby.
