This studio is located on 14th Street in a doorman building with 24-hour gym. The apartment is located on the second floor facing north towards 14th Street.
The apartment is about 450 square feet in size and is furnished with a queen-sized pull out sofa, a full sized futon, several coffee tables, a dining table which can seat eight, a TV with DVD. The floors are parquet and there is a large window facing the street. There is ample closet space.
The kitchen is open to the living room and has a dishwasher, full stove refrigerator and sink. All of the basic kitchen wears are provided.
The bathroom is standard and includes a sink with vanity, w/c and tub/shower.
The building has a gym, doorman and laundry room and is located in the Village Chelsea area. There are plenty of activities in the area as well as shopping and restaurants. Trains in the neighborhood are convenient including the 1,2,3 at 7th Avenue and 14th Street and the A,C,E.L trains at 8th Avenue and 14th Street.
