This three-bedroom apartment is located in a house in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with lower level English basement.
The first floor has a large living room, one bedroom and adjacent dressing room with couch, a kitchen, dining room, and a bathroom.
The living room is spacious and is furnished with sofa, love seat, chairs, piano, and coffee table. The living room has a TV, VCR and DVD player, which are connected to basic cable. There is a pull out queen sized sofa in the living room. There is an adjacent dining room.
The kitchen is connected to the living room/dining room and includes a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
The bathroom has been recently remodeled and includes a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The first-floor bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and dresser. It gets plenty of light from the front bay window. The dressing room with large closets and an additional dresser is attached.
Bedroom 2 on the lower level has a single bed, dresser and desk. This large room gets lots of light from the front window.
Bedroom 3, also on the lower level, is separated from Bedroom 2 by a desk and wall of bookshelves. It has a single bed and dresser as well. There is a computer and a second TV with DVD/VCR in Bedroom 3 on the lower level. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room adjacent to Bedroom 3.
There is a lovely private garden off the 1st floor with outdoor furniture and barbecue grill.
The apartment is located in the residential neighborhood of Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. The apartment is one block from the subway and one block from Prospect Park, one block from deli, coffee shop and wine/spirits store. There is plenty of on street parking in the area if you are bringing a car.
