Two bedroom two bathroom apartment in a luxury building with a gym and putiing green

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located in a recently constructed (2005) building in midtown west.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor and faces to the south (courtyard). There are two spacious bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms.
The living room is furnished with a nice sofa and entertainment center with surround sound, a TV with cable and a DVD player. The window faces the interior courtyard, which has a gym, a putting green and a lounge.
The kitchen opens into the living room and has three counter stools. It is fully equipped with a stove, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. There is a full set of pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, a queen-sized bed. The room gets plenty of light from its southern exposure.
The first bathroom is connected directly to the bedroom and has heated floors, a tub/shower, a w/c and a sink with a vanity mirror.
The second bedroom is a child's room and is equipped with a twin bed and spare twin-sized mattress undeneath. There is also a queen-sized air mattress that can be used in this room.
The second bathroom is located just across the hall from the second bedroom and is equipped similarly to the first bathroom, including the heated floors.
There is wireless Internet in this area as well as wired Internet in the apartment. There is a telephone line in the apartment with local service and free long distance in the US and Canada. There is also a 24-hour doorman and laundry on the premises.
The location of the apartment is west Clinton in Midtown west. The walk to Times Square is less then 10 minutes and most of the subways are located at this station. The closest subway stop is the C,E at 50th Street and Eighth Avenue. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants lining Ninth Avenue and is close to the new Time Warner Center.
