This three bedroom townhouse is located in Park Slope, Brooklyn on 14th Street between 5th and 6th Avenue.
The apartment has three levels and a large garden in the back.
The entry to the apartment is located on the middle floor which has a large living room in the front and a kitchen / dining room in the back.
The living room is furnished with a large sectional sofa and a separate love seat. There is a working fireplace in the living room as well as a TV with VCR and DVD player. The room has high ceilings and plenty of space for a family to sit back and relax.
The dining area has a table suitable for 6 and a smaller table with two bar stools.
The kitchen is located just behind the dining area. It is equipped with all stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. All of the necessary pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided.
The back yard is accessed through the kitchen. There is a wooden table with chairs, a small fountain and a large patch of grass. There is also a bbq grill.
The lower floor of the house is a combination kids play room and office. There is a desk with high speed internet connection and large closets that hold toys. There is also a washer and dryer on this floor.
The upper floor of the house has three bedrooms and a bathroom.
The master bedroom is in the front of the house and features three windows, a queen sized bed and two large closets. There is also plenty of dresser space.
The second bedroom is a girl's room with a full sized bed and a pink theme.
The third bedroom has bunk beds.
Each of the bedrooms has a ceiling fan as well as the living room.
The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The apartment is located in one of Brooklyn's premiere neighborhoods. Fifth and Seventh Avenue's feature many shops, restaurants and boutiques. The closest subways are the R train on 4th Avenue and the F on 9th Street both about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is also close to Prospect Park.
