This studio apartment is on the first floor (about 6 steps above street level) of the walk-up building in the Upper East Side. There is a full laundry facility located in the building's basement. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a convertible futon/bed that is queen sized, a 27"flat screen TV, a DVD player, a desk/dining table with 4 chairs and a large closet. There is high speed cable/wireless internet access. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The bathroom includes a tub/shower with glass enclosure, a sink with vanity and a w/c. There are hair-dryer, iron and iron board in the apartment. Wifi Internet, Linens & Towels are provided. There is a management office also located within the building to service any/all needs This studio apartment is conveniently located in a quiet, elegant building on the Upper East Side, a short walk from Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum and the Guggenheim Museum. The building is within a 5 minute walk from the Lexington Avenue and 86th Street subway station. There are many restaurants, bars and shops within a short walk of the building. The Museum Mile and Central Park are just four blocks to the West of the building.
