Two bedroom two and one half bathroom penthouse in Midtown West
|
This apartment is located in a full service doorman building in Midtown west on the penthouse floor with views of the Hudson River.
The apartment has two bedroom suites with attached bathrooms and a separate half bathroom.
The large living room area is furnished with matching leather sofas one of which has a pull out queen-sized bed. There is also a large flat screen TV. The living room has views of the Hudson River as well as views to the north of the Time Warner Center and the Herst Building.
The kitchen is spacious and features an open galley design with an eating area. There is a ding table with four chairs. The kitchen is furnished with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and toaster. There are plenty of pots, pans dishes and utensils.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, large closet, washer, dryer and small table with two chairs. There is an attached bathroom with tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The second bedroom almost as large as the master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, two closets and an attached bathroom.
There is also a half bathroom with sink and w/c near the living room.
The apartment is located in on the 2nd penthouse floor of the building about 35 floors up. The building has a gym, which requires a membership.
The closest subway are the C,E trains at 50th Street as well as the 1 train at 50th Street.
