This studio is located in a classic Upper East Side brownstone between Lexington and Park Avenues. The apartment is located on the fourth floor.
The building has a SMALL elevator suitable for one person at a time.
The apartment is a spacious studio with a full kitchen.
The living room is equipped to sleep four people with two full sized futons. There is also a flat panel TV with DVD player and a large dresser. The room also has a 2 large storage closets. The floors are wood a light wood with dark inlaid trim. There are three windows facing the street. There is high speed cable/wireless internet access.
The kitchen is includes a 4-burner stove with oven, toster and coffee maker. There are all of the basic kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans.
The bathroom has a shower/tub, w/c and sink.
The apartment is located in a quintessential Upper East Side brownstone on a tree-lined block. Nearby on Lexington Avenue is the subway service at 68th Street. There is also plenty of shopping on Lexington Avenue including delis and groceries. Further East on 2nd and 3rd Avenue there are plenty of restaurants and to the west on Madison Avenue there are all sorts of Luxury retailers.
Non-smoking apartment.
