This one bedroom apartment is located in a full service building in Chelsea that includes a 24-hour doorman and elevators.
The apartment is located on the 14th floor and has northerly view from the terrace, which include the Empire State Building.
The living room is fully furnished including a large sectional sofa, a flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo.
The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided.
The terrace is just off of the living room and includes a dining table and plantings. Smoking will only be permitted outside on the terrace.
The bedroom includes a TV with cable and DVD player, a stereo and a queen sized bed.
The bathroom has a large window, a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The apartment is located in the Chelsea section of midtown and is a short commute to area attractions and offices. The closest trains are the 1 train at 23rd Street and 7th Avenue and the F,V, path trains at 23rd Street and 6th Avenue.
