One bedroom apartment in The Upper East Side
|
This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout, views and basic decor.
This one bedroom apartment is located in The Upper East Side on 77th Street just 2 blocks East of the 6 train at Lexington Avenue and 77th Street. The apartment is located in a walk - up building with security system.
Entering the apartment you find the living room. Towards the back of the room is the living area, which is furnished with a double sized pull out sofa and coffee table. There is a television connected to cable TV. There is also a stereo with radio, CD and cassette player. The living room is equipped with a telephone with basic local service. There is a window. There is also a round dining table, which seats 4. The kitchen includes a stove, a microwave and a fridge. A coffee maker and toaster are also provided. All of the necessary pots, pans, utensils and dishes are provided to make a meal.
The apartment features a full bathroom, which includes a shower/tub, a sink with medicine cabinet and a W/C.
At the back of the apartment is the bedroom. The room is furnished with a large closet, a dresser and a nightstand. The room has two windows, which faces out towards the backyard area. The room is equipped with a window air conditioner. The room has a queen size bed.
The location of the apartment is well located in The Upper East Side. 2nd and 3rd Avenue in the area are bustling with restaurants. There are food shops and cleaners on Lexington Avenue and Boutiques on Madison Avenue. Central Park is just a 10-minute walk away and some area museums include The Whitney and The Metropolitan Museum.
