Small furnished two-bedroom apartment near City College and Columbia University

This two bedroom apartment is located on West 135th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue. The building has a buzzer/intercom at the door and is a walk-up. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building. The apartment has brand new renovations including new kitchen cabinets and all new applicances (2007). Also, the furniture is brand new as well.
The living room area is equipped with a sofa, a TV and a dining table. The room includes two windows with a/c and wood floors.
The larger bedroom is off of the living room and includes a double futon, a dresser and closet. There are two windows and the room is separated from the living room by French doors.
The smaller bedroom has a convertible sleeping sofa, a closet and a table.
The kitchen includes new appliances, a microwave, and pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There is also a dish washer, and the washer and dryer in the kitchen.
The bathroom includes a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The apartment is well located for access to City Collage, Columbia University and is near the 1 train at 137th Street. Midtown is about 20 minutes away by train.
