Small two bedroom apartment near City College and Columbia University

This two bedroom apartment is located on West 135th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue. The building has a buzzer/intercom at the door and is a walk-up. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building.
The living room area will be equipped with a sofa, a table, a TV and chairs. The room includes two windows and bamboo floors.
The larger bedroom is off of the living room and includes a double futon, a dresser and closet. There are two windows and the room is separated from the living room by French doors.
The smaller bedroom just has a single bed, a closet and a table.
The kitchen includes new (2007) appliances, a microwave, and pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
The bathroom includes a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The apartment is well located for access to City Collage, Columbia University and is near the 1 train at 137th Street. Midtown is about 20 minutes away by train.
