This one bedroom apartment is located in Midtown East between First and Second Avenues. The building features a laundry service, valet, 24 hour doorman and private garden area.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor of the elevator building and offers unobstructed views of the surrounding area.
The large living room area includes a dining area with a large table as well as a seating area with a queen sized convertible sofa, several comfortable chairs and entertainment options including a TV, VCR and stereo. Cable and internet are available. The room has three large windows
The bedroom is fully equipped with a queen sized bed, some closet space and some dresser space. There are tow large windows.
The bathroom is standard and includes a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The kitchen includes modern renovations with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a double door refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher and stove. There is also a coffee maker and toaster. Plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils are included as the owner is a chef.
The location is convenient to the UN and offices in Midtown East. The closest subways are on Park Avenue and 28th Street or 33rd Street. The 34th Street cross-town bus offers service all the way to Javits Center on the west side and the 1st and 2nd Avenue buses offer alternate up and downtown service.
