One bedroom loft in Clinton Hill with a gym in the building

This one bedroom loft is located in a renovated factory building of Clinton Hill Brooklyn. The apartment building has a 24 hour doorman, an elevator, gym, common garden and kids play room.
The apartment has a large living room which is fully furnished. The room has two seating areas, large plants which help to shape the space, a stereo, piano, large windows and a dining table.
The kitchen is open to the living room and has granite cabinets, stainless appliances and dark wood cabinets. There is a stove, dishwasher, microwave and sink plus a coffee maker and toaster. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
Off of the living room there is a small laundry room with a combo washer/dryer.
There are two bathrooms. One is just off of the living room. It is equipped with a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The bedroom is equipped with a full sized bed, a TV with DVD player two closets and lots of windows.
There is a bathroom connected directly to the bedroom that is equipped with a shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The apartment is located near the G train at Classon Avenue which offers a connection to the A,C trains to Manhattan at Hoyt-Schimerhorn or the 7 train in Long Island City.
