This one bedroom apartment is located in a building along Park Avenue South. The building has a buzzer intercom at the entrance and an elevator.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and faces towards Park Avenue.
The apartment has a large living room, which is furnished with a sofa, grand piano, desk with cable internet, stereo system and dining table.
The kitchen is modern including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment.
The bathroom has a new design and includes a large shower, and vanity with large counter, sink and mirror and a w/c.
The bedroom is equipped with a king bed. There is some closet and drawer space available.
There is a cat staying in the apartment.
The apartment is located near the 6 train at 23rd Street and is a short walk from midtown offices and Union Square. The area is flush with restaurants and shopping is abundant in the Union Square area.
