Two bedrooom Tribeca loft
|
This two-bedroom loft in Tribeca has an open floor plan with two living room areas, two small bedroom areas and a bathroom. It is located on the third floor of the building, which has elevator access.
The entry of the apartment leads into the first living room, which is divided into two parts. There is a small separated office, which has a desk with computer and Internet access and a larger section with another desk as well as a seating area with sofa and chairs. The room has three large windows looking out to Warren Street.
The second living room is at the back part of the apartment and is open to the kitchen. This living room has a TV with cable, a sofa and dining table.
The bedrooms are in the middle of the apartment.
The larger bedroom is on the main level. The room has a double bed, a TV with cable two small chairs and a window looking out to the front living room.
The smaller bedroom is in a loft space above the larger bedroom. This bedroom is equipped with a double sized mattress as well as some storage space. The room has plenty of cross ventilation because of the screened openings on both sides of the room.
The apartment has air condoning in the living room, which cools to the bedrooms as well.
The kitchen is at the back of this living room and is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer and microwave. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils available.
The bathroom is basic with a shower, small sink and w/c.
The apartment is located in Tribeca just blocks from SoHo and the Financial District. The apartment is 1 block from the Chambers Street subway station. with A,C,1,2,3 train service.
