Three bedroom duplex in Park Slope, Brooklyn
|
This three-bedroom apartment is located in a recently constructed townhouse. The apartment is a duplex with keyed elevator access and three bedrooms.
The lower floor of the apartment has an open floor plan with a living room area and a kitchen/dining room area.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, TV with cable and DVD player and desk. There are large windows facing out to the street. There is a single sized air mattress available.
The back half of the room has a dining table and the open kitchen. The kitchen includes granite counters, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils available.
There is also a terrace off of this room, which has several plants.
There is a half bathroom on this floor with a w/c and sink.
The upper floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, two large closets, a desk and a dresser. There is plenty of light from the large window and door which leads out to the terrace.
The master bedroom also has an attached master bathroom that includes a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The second bedroom includes a single sized bed and a desk. This is a kid's room and has some toys in it.
The third bedroom has a toddler bed in it and is also a kid's room.
The second bathroom has a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity as well.
The apartment is located just a short walk from the main retail street Fifth Avenue and a few blocks from the R train at Fourth Avenue and Union Street. The F train is available at Fourth Avenue and Ninth Street. Park Slope is a historic neighborhood with tree-lined streets and beautfiul brownstones. Propsect Park, almost as large as Central Park and also designed by the park architects Olmstead and Law, is a ten minute walk. Prospect Park has bike paths, boating, summer music concerts, and a zoo. The world-famous Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Botanic Gardens are also in walking distance.
